Mervyn Silva summoned to resolve white van issues

The Chief Magistrate of Magistrate' courts Colombo had sent notices to former Minister Mervyn Silva today the 25th to obtain statements and facts about three cases of white van incidents which he had complained to the Criminal Investigation department
that he is aware of the culprits who were involved in those incidents.

On the instructions of the Chief Magistrate Gihan Pilapitiya these summons have been despatched for Mervyn Silva to appear in court on the 11th of November.

The reason for his summoning is to ascertain vital information as he had pointed his finger at Gotabhaya Rajapaksa and had complained to the Criminal Investigation Department.
