Dhanasiri summoned to the CID

The Dehiwala -Mt Lavinia Mayor Dhanasiri Amaratunga has been summoned to the Criminal

Investigations unit tomorrow, the 12th instant in connection with the car which was used by underworld gang to kill two of UNP's Ravi Karunanayake's supporters at Wolfendhal street the other day.

This car used for the shooting incident was found by the CID at a party office of the UPFA Colombo district candidates Dhanasiri Amaratunga and Susil Premajayanth in Wellampitiya.However when the vehicle was detected and questioned Dhanasiri Amaratunga had said he was not aware about it at all.

Dhanasiri Amaratunga is a contestant at the general election to be held on the 17th  from UPFA, Colombo district.
