Deputy Minister Sujeewa Senasinghe evades attending courts for the 3d time 

For disrupting the official duties of the election officials and not allowing the Police officers to carry out their duties company's had not been lodged in the Homagama police when this incident had

taken place in the Habarakada area during an election meeting.

A case had been filed by the Homagama Police and a court case has been filed in the Homagama Magistrate courts. Twice after the summons were served the deputy minister had failed to turn op and for the third time he was again summoned yesterday to obtain his comments on the case. He had failed to attend Homagama Magistrate's courts yesterday too.

Now for the fourth time he has been served summons to appear in Homagama courts on the 30th of this month.
