Monk 82 years passes away after drowning in the Nilwala river 

A Buddhist monk 82 years old had been found to be missing.When asearch was made it had revealed that this monk had jumped into the Matara Bandarawatta

bridge into the Nilwala river.His body had been found by the Thihagoda police officials.

The body of the Buddhist Monk who had passed away drowned had been found near the Hungangoda Nilwala river area.It is reported that he had jumped into  the Nilwala river on the 25th instant.
