Piyumal of Polonnaruwa who tries to get into Guinness Book ....

by sending 40 tractors over his stomach

A young man named K.L. Piyumal from

Shanthipura, Polonnaruwa who made 40 tractors run over his body and then stood up without any discomfort attempted this feat yesterday with the intention of creating a world record.

This feat  which 26 year old Piyumal performed is expected to be recorded and forwarded to the Guinness Committee. Though there are others in the world who had performed this same feat of running a tractor over the stomach before this, Piyumal stands a probable chance of creating a record because of the fact that he performed this act in a speedy manner.

According to yesterday's record, Piyumal was successful in having 40 tractors used for ploughing paddy run over his body within the space of 19 minutes and 54 seconds. Piyumal who is a strong young man is engaged in Karate as well as Boxing and he hopes in future to add his name too to the ten strongest young people in the world.

Piyumal's record has still not been confirmed by the Guinness Committee.
