Mahinda  to attend the first meeting after dethroning on the 1st May.

The meetings that were held in Nugegoda, Kandy

and Ratnapura by the group of Wimal Weerawansa,Vasudeva Nanayakkara,Udaya Gammanpila and Dinesh Gunawardena all attached to parties of the UPFA have arranged a meeting on the May Day at Kirulapone. Member of Parliament Wimal Weerawansa has arranged a procession from Narahenpita to Kirulapone on the May Day and to address that it is taught that former president Mahinda Rajapaksa is due to address for the first time is learnt from political sources.

These meetings were held on the ‘theme ‘to make Mahinda next Prime Minister.’
