Gotabhaya at the Bribery and Corruption investigating unit had said ‘cannot remember’, 

requested for 90 days time

The former defence secretary Gotabhaya Rajapaksa was summoned yesterday to the Bribery and Corruption investigating unit to obtain a statement which had not been made known to him.

He had been questioned on a transaction at the Mihin Lanka air lines which had taken place over a period of 07 years. As it was a transaction taken place sometime back he had said that he cannot remember and had requested a period of three months to furnish details requested for.
