According to a commercial advertisement published by all mobile phone companies in national

newspapers today, a consolation has been offered to all pre-paid customers  with a bonus of 25 per cent for local calls in accordance with the concessions granted at the last budget. It will take effect from tomorrow (7). As such, all those who make use of pre-paid packages of all mobile phone companies have to pay only seventy five per cent of the call fee on local calls taken. There will thus be a reduction of twenty five per cent. This concession is offered only to pre-paid packages and not for post-paid packages. That announcement is as follows:

ANNOUNCEMENT

                FOR ALL PRE-PAID MOBILE PHONE CUSTOMERS

                According to  the budget presented by the Government of Sri 

                Lanka 2015, we are happy to announce that a bonus of 25% 

                could be offered to any pre-paid mobile local call. This offer will be in effect from April 7, 2015 until further notification

This bonus offer would be entitled to customers according to the number of local                           calls taken and this offer could be used in connection with calls taken for any                               phone network
