Wele Suda's main dealer Ahamad caught in Habarana with 15 year old girl!

According to information provided by chief drug-kingpin Wele Suda, his main dealer, one Suraz Ahamad was nabbed by police yesterday

in Habarana when hiding in a hut. On that occasion he had been in the company of a 15 year old minor, a girl and she had been in his company with him playing the role of wife and from time to time had been abusing her. When the police checked his mobile phone they say that there were sex scenes found where he was indulging in sex with her. As such, apart from the case of drugs, police are conducting a special investigation over the accusation of having abducted a girl who is a minor while Wele Suda's jeep too has been found in Ahamad's possession.

Colombo Chief Magistrate Mr. Gihan Pilapitiya granted permission yesterday (02) to Crime Police to detain the suspect for 7 days under detention orders and to interrogate him. Ahamad has been the main suspect who was involved in distributing the heroin parcels that Samantha Kumara alias Wele Suda had been sending when the latter was stationed overseas. This suspect Suraz Ahamad is a resident of No. 70 in Saranankara Pedesa, Dehiwala. The suspect has been arrested by the CID and produced before courts yesterday. He had been arrested when hiding in the said hut and was in the company of a minor, a girl and the CID informed courts that she had been raped.

On statements recorded from Wele Suda, it was revealed about him and it was reported that the monies earned from drug-trafficking was collected and handled by him. The suspect has used 5 telephone numbers. Police also reported that video scenes were found in a mobile phone in the possession of the suspect and at the moment he was taken into custody, scenes of the girl who was with him too were found. CID officers who said that a separate case would be filed against Ahamad for having raped a girl who was a minor further informed that the girl who had thus been raped is now under protection of the CID. The CID further informed courts that it was this suspect who had kept in hiding the jeep bought from the money that Wele Suda earned by drug-trafficking and it was this very same person who engaged in distributing drug-parcels that Wele Suda had been sending when he was abroad. The CID also requested from courts that an order be issued that 4 fishing trawlers bought by the suspect be alienated from others.
