The plot of land close to World Trade Center is owned by Capital Maharaja Organization

The dispute to find out the true owner of the land in the World Trade Center area along Echelon

Square has been resolved. Last week there was some terrible confusion that this plot belongs to the Urban Development Authority and certain folks had come to fence the area. It has now been revealed that it belongs to the owners of Sirasa media network, the Capital Maharaja Organization.

The Managing Director R. Rajamahendran although had not come in front of any media to confirm this fact had issued a notice all media institutions that they are the true owners of the land in question. 

This conflict was resolved by the Lawyers of the Capital Maharaja Organization when they confessed with proof that the Capital Maharaja Organization had bought the land in question outright from the Urban Development Authority.

The authorities of the Urban Development Authority also had confirmed that the land in question at Echelon Square was sold outright to Capital Maharaja Organization and they are the true owners of it.
