President thanks China for N'cholai reduction in electricity and fuel price

Electricity, petrol, diesel prices go down ....

Various prices have been brought down in Sri Lanka just 3 days before the Uva elections. As such, the electricity bill by 25%, 1 liter of kerosene oil by Rs. 20 and petrol by Rs. 5 and diesel by Rs. 3 have been reduced. Relative to this, the price of other commodities too have come down, government says.

Today's Dinamina reports that this story which occurs from time back when an election draws nigh has now occured not because of the election but because of the Chinese President coming to Sri Lanka and signing a favourable Agreement.
