Student who fell in love with ....   Lady-teacher .... in courts!

A student who had tried to express his romantic feelings to an attractive school teacher of Nugegoda Leading International School across the Facebook incognito, ultimately ended up recently being arrested by the police and being produced in courts.

The said student is a minor studying under the teacher concerned. He had been tantalized by the beauty of the body of this lady teacher during class-time, keeping his eyes wide open in the process. He had made use of some camera equipment and had from time to time clicked photos of her unaware to her and after taking it home had managed to engage in
an editing process, thereby separating her face in the photos and instead inserting nude photos of females, distorting the image and deriving some sort of satisfaction from this activity.

As time passed by, this student had thought of an idea of starting an illicit love affair with the teacher. Though he was so attracted to this teacher in school, he possessed no strength to launch such a strong move to contact her. For this purpose the strategy he had adopted was a Facebook contact. He had then proceeded to use the pseudonym 'Fernando' and open a fresh Facebook Account. He had posed off as an adult and had been sending messages to her Facebook Account, making an effort to get closer to her. In this process, none of the Friend Request sent to her were confirmed by her and as such, in the end he  had sent a message to this teacher and had mentioned that he wished to talk to her and to send him her telephone number.

The teacher had not responded to that either, at which point 'Fernando' had threatened her saying that if she was further refusing to send him her phone number,he would publish a photo of hers in his possession. The teacher unaware as to who this troublemaker over the internet was, had become puzzled. Under such circumstances she could only wait for things to happen.

When a few days elapsed, the internet messages of this troublemaker began to increase and one fine day, on a morning a nude photo of the teacher had been tagged to her face so that it could be viewed by her in the Facebook. It had been further shared among other lady teachers in her school.

The teacher was stupefied to know that a photo of hers had been clicked without her permission and had been been utilised this way in an indecent manner. It was after that,that she had taken steps to notify about this to the police.

The police then instructed her to grant her consent to the Friend Request sent to her and to send him a telephone number of one of her relative females also requesting that the photo published be removed.

'Fernando' after having removed the said photo had then on a number of occasions given phone calls to the number given by the teacher with the hope of moving closer to her.

The police who conducted investigations over that number had gone on the trail of the suspect when they were taken by surprise to find that all this had been carried out by a young brat of 14 years who happened to be a student of the school in which the teacher was serving at. He had finally told police that he had carried out these covetous activities with the motive of tackling the said teacher as he so badly desired to have a relationship with her.

On investigations it was revealed that the student had even prior to this indulged in similar activities of abuse over several other lady teachers in the same school as well.

After inquiring into relevant matters, the student, a minor was released on a personal bond of Rs. 1 lakh. It was also ordered that he was to be prevented from travelling overseas and a probationary report be submitted.
