Nalanda student dies after involuntarily strangled with scout neckerchief

Nalanda student dies ....   with elder brother's scout neckerchief tightening round neck

A 12 year old student living in a police headquarters house in Colombo breathed his last most unfortunately with a scout neckerchief tightening round his neck.

The student who had been playing with the scout uniform and neckerchief of his elder brother in the house when the hook of the mosquito net which had been fixed over a bed in the house had got entangled in it and when the victim had tried to free himself from this mishap the neckerchief had tightened further round the neck.

The student who faced this unanticipated incident had passed away after that mishap.

The deceased is a student who had been studying at the Colombo Nalanda College.
