President's Artiste Party: Bandu's Request

Sir .... the crowd is proud
 Let's have a party at least once every 6 months ...
 - Bandu asked President

A number of Sri Lankan prominent actors -- actresses including artistes got together at the social gathering held at Temple Trees yesterday (Feb 19).

The party which was held with the hidden motive of displaying their prowess, targeting the elections where the Hon. President was dressed in attractive clothing was seen going across to meet each and every artiste and met them personally, engaging in a chitchat.
In the meantime, film actor Bandu Samarasinghe expressed a wonderful suggestion to the President when the latter met him. "Sir .... excuse me .... let's have a get together like this once every 6 months .... because all of them here are proud ... they have a good talent ... because of that they're proud .... without any meaning. So arrange for a get together like this at least once every 6 months.
