Paboda's French baby

The media recently reported the news of popular tele-actress Paboda Sandeepani going to France to deliver her baby. Some people sad that this is a fashion nowadays and that getting a baby in a foreign country has become a fashion of that type to get the attention of the public

Tele-actress Paboda's father is in France. While he is there, Paboda's mother Geetha Kanthi is in Sri Lanka.

After she travelled to France, the husband and mother applied for visas to go to France. But it was only the mother who was able to secure the visa. Since the baby had been delivered prior to the expected date of delivery, the child had already been born when the mother arrived there.

Though Paboda's mother returned to Sri Lanka in a few days, Paboda had spent 4 months with her baby and returned home only towards the middle of last month. Upto that time, the baby was shown to the father only through skype and e-mail photos.

Paboda on coming back to Sri Lanka recently told a newspaper that there was a special reason as to why she went to France to get her baby. 

*Was it because you thought that Sri Lanka does not have enough facilities that you wanted to get the baby in France?
   Ane no .... the facilities here in Sri Lanka are quite god.

*Usually, when a baby is to be born, isn't it a common thing to be with the mother?
  Yes ... that's true ... I agree ... but it was because of an essential reason that I thought of going to my father. It's a good thing for their future.

*So why did you go to your father like that?
  My father is a citizen there. That'll be a significant thing for the baby's future. It was because I wanted the child to get French citizenship that I delivered the baby there.

*Now is that matter okay?
  Yes ... now the baby is a French citizen.

*Are you going abroad again?
  Apo ... I have no idea of going abroad in the recent future as such.
