Crown falls .... at moment of crowningGabriela Isler, contestant from Venezuela clinched the crown at the 2013 Miss Universe contest held in Moscow, Russia on the 9th. She was traditionally crowned by the former winner of the crown last year the beauty queen of America.
Just after the moment of crowning when she was being draped, with words carrying Miss Universe, it had got entangled with the crown and the crown was just about to fall on the floor when former Miss Universe from America somehow or other managed to grab the
crown. She then once again replaced the crown on the winner's head. This time the winner Gabriela Isler who is 25 years old in age is a popular announcer of a most well-known television channel as well as a dancer.
It was Amanda Ratnayaka who represented Miss Universe from Sri Lanka. She was however unfortunate to win any of the rounds in the contest.
