Hirunika's CCTV on Hiru TV

Hirunika Premachandra who is fighting a case with Dumminda over her father's murder has now got entangled in a conflict with an owner of a building construction firm. A detailed report in connection with this incident through CCTV tape is being supplied as evidence by Hiru Channel which incidentally is the property of the brother of Dumminda.

   The incident was reported day-before-yesterday in the form of a complaint that Hirunika Premachandra had threatened and assaulted a businessman subsequent to which she had been taken into custody and later released on police bail. It is said that a group of 4, together with Hirunika had entered the relevant business premises at No.175, Kinsey Road and later threatened its owner. It is also reported that the owner of the business Dhammika Siriwardena had lodged a complaint with the Borella Police after which Hirunika had been taken into custody and subsequently released on police bail.

   It was then reported that all suspects including Hirunika had been summoned to appear in Courts No.2 at Aluthkade on next 27th in connection with the incident.
