Kavinga’s father expires

Lal Perera was an active and a popular member of United National Party’s trade unions passed away after a brief illness.
He is the father of popular Tele drama actor Kavinga Perera.
In the 2010 Presidential election Lal Perera contested as an Independent candidate. He had been ailing for some time and passed away last evening.
