NALAKA’S WIFE IN TROUBLE

Wife of late Tele drama Director Nalaka Wedamulla,  Chandi had escaped from been abducted:

The wife of late Tele drama director Nalaka Wedamulla had faced a bit of an unusual incident. When she was coming for work in the Battaramulla area a person who has had given her quite lot of trouble even when her husband was living had tried to abduct her by forcing her to get into his vehicle. She had somehow got out of the vehicle unharmed and escaped.
This person had been known to her and had given Late Nalaka Wedamulla’s wife Chandi Ranasinghe a lot of trouble by bringing in various types of proposals. She had complained this matter to the Police.
The Mirihana Police who made investigations, had taken action and had told her that no damage had been done to her. Anyhow at her request the Mirihana Police  had summoned him and warned him not bother and pose threats to her in future what was Chandi Ranasinghe’s request, which was what she wanted the Police to do it was learnt.
