WIFE HAS MURDERED HER HUSBAND AT KEGALLE

“I was ashamed when my husband comes home drunk and behaves indecently before my daughters”

A woman in Kegalle has killed her husband for behaving indecently:

The other day we heard about a woman who killed her husband for his abnormal sexual behaviour. Another such similar story has been reported from Kegalle.
A security officer at the Water Board has been killed this way by his wife. Even though the wife has admitted him to the hospital, she has not mentioned about her assaulting him. She has stated that her husband had been found fallen in their garden and that she had admitted him to the hospital with the help of a neighbour.
It was decided that his death has been caused by his bones breaking and his funeral too had been done simply. The Police have got a tip from an unknown party and they have conducted an investigation about his death. While questioning the dead person’s wife, she had confessed about the murder.
“Cyril was my husband. We have grown up daughters. He used to harass me after drinks. He couldn’t get over his alcoholism. When he is drunk, he harasses me a lot. He doesn’t care about the daughters who are around when he wants to behave sexually. He had a lot of abnormal sexual behaviours. I was ashamed when he tried to behave sexually in front of my children.
On the day of the incident, there wasn’t anyone at home. He was drunk as usual. Just as he stepped in to the house, he came looking for me into the room. I was doing some work. But he wanted to do abnormal sexual activities with me. I opposed him. 
He forced me to behave so. I got really mad and took rod from the bed and hit his hands until he couldn’t move them.
He cried in pain. Then he ran out of the house and was groaning in the garden. After a while I felt sad and admitted him to Kegalle General Hospital with the help of a neighbour. Doctors said that his hands are broken and he passed away after 6 days.”
The dead person’s wife had been arrested and she had been taken before courts. The courts have ordered a new death report on this case. The report had stated that Cyril had died due to internal bleeding which had been caused by broken limbs.
Courts have decided that it had been a murder and further investigations on this regard have been called for. The suspect will be remanded until the next 24th.
