Is it true that the match cannot be seen?

ICC T20-20 cricket match fever has landed in Sri Lanka. The fans are disappointed for the fact that the telecast in the CSN channel is not clear.
Millions of people who are watching TV supported by an antenna had been disappointed as the telecast have been very poor. Rumours are been spread as to why the sponsorship was given to CSN when there are numerous reputed TV channels which has coverage all over the island.
Prasanna Jayasundara, the Commercial and Promotions Director of the CSN tell us a totally different story. He is saying that they have already covered the whole island for viewers to watch the channel. He also said that the problem is with the fans who don’t know how to tune the channel in their Television sets.
This is an interview given by him to a newspaper:

CSN doesn’t work in some areas. Is that true?
We can guarantee about the signals of our channel because we have already covered the whole island. When a new channel is been introduced, people should be able to tune their Televisions properly. If the process is not done successfully, it won’t be clear. We have got a number of complaints during the past few days. We have also taken action to find about them by sending engineers to each and every area. They have found that the common fault has been that the people have not been able to tune the channel properly in their respective television sets.

Don’t you think that the advertisements cut some over’s?   
We know that this complaint is made due to advertisements. But CSN is not doing that. We are telecasting each and every ball. But all these are done by machines run by men. When a small error of a second happens, it feels huge. Then only we hear all these complaints. We are trying to eliminate the problems that exists as soon as possible.
