A lorry engulfs into Havelock Road:
Owing to a lorry getting engulfed into the Havelock Road yesterday a terrific traffic jam happened to occur along Havelock Road until the lorry was taken out after a number of hours.
The place was near the entrance to the road to the Lumbini Vidyalaya and opposite to Park road. The cause of this damage is presumed and predicted to be the decayed state of the pipe water line beneath the road.
A similar incident occurred twice recently opposite the Roxy cinema along Galle road in Wellawatte.
