A raping incident of a drunkard in Mulleriyawa

Raping has become a common occurrence thing these days. Those news will be attractive only when the techniques which have been used are new. There was only one person who had been doing a hat trick of raping in Mulleriyawa last week. A pregnant lady had been being living in ‘Siri Nivasa’ Mawatha had been raped by a drunkard. He had entered forcefully in to her house and raped her in the afternoon.
She had fallen down while she had been raped and shouted for help. He had run away thinking that the others will come running to help her. He had run to a house close by. There had been a girl who had been dumb. He had attempted to rape her as he had been sexually aroused. Another person had seen this and the rapist had run away.

The people who had heard the pregnant lady shouting had come for help. Then they have gone in search of the drunkard and heard an old woman shouting from the other end of the street. The crowd had run to that end.

Crowd had been astonished to see the drunkard raping the old woman as well. The youth had hit him and handed over him to the custody of the Police. It had been revealed that this person is a resident of North
Mulleriywa.
He had been taken before Nihal Peiris, Colombo Magistrate and he had been released on bail for three lakhs and his case is to be heard on the 18th of this month.
