RAIGAM KORALE AVURUDU

Last week an Avurudu festival at Horana was a new experience to all. Horse races, Elephant races, Angampora fights, Ayla cart show, were some of the events of this Avurudu festival,usually not seen in the traditional Avurudu  festivals .
People in their thousands had come to witness this extraordinary Avurudu festival had been served with several kinds of sweets which had been cooked at that place itself and they had been served for consumption free of charge..
This extraordinry Avurudu festival has been organized by Horana Navodaya Society.
