Why Sudarman be arrested?

Those Police officers who filed action, in courts to be summoned to answer.
An open warrant was issued on 19th July to arrest Sudarman Radalliyagoda, the general manger of ITN and a UPFA organise in Kurunegala. This was subsequent to a complaint that he had issued forged letters to sell scrap iron at Telecom stores. After issuing a warrant the suspect was leading a normal life. It is learnt that on several occasions he had met the Police officers who had kept silent without arresting him.
When the case was called up today, the case appeared to look very puzzling. This was perhaps as investigations had been carried out by the CID as well as the CID of the Peliyagoda Police.
The case was postponed to be taken up on the coming 17th.The Judge had advised the head of the CID,M/s Dhammika Gamage and Head of the CID Peliyagoda M/s Senaratna has to come with statements of proof as to why Sudarman be arrested?
