AWARDS PRESENTED AT A GLITTERING CEREMONY AT THE SUGATHADASA INDOOR STADIUM
The 2011 RAIGAM Tele Awards ceremony was held last Friday at the Sugathadasa Indoor Stadium. A number of talented Tele drama Artistes were felicitated at this year’s awards ceremony too.This year’s best Actor’s and Actress’s awards were won by Roshan Ravindra ( Eberthu Etha) and Paboda Sandeepani (Pingala Danawwa).
Menaka Rajapaksa and Nehara Peiris won the awards for the most popular Actor’s and actresses’ awards. The Best Tele Drama award was won by Ananda Abeynayake for his production of ‘Thaksalawa’. The items in the variety show displayed during the awards ceremony made the occasion very glamorous. The photos are shown below.
