The ITN Avurudu Kumari Nimasha is the girl friend of Pubudu

It is reported that the winner of the Avurudu Kumari contest organized by the Independent Television
network is the girl friend of the popular actor Pubudu Chathuranga.

The Avurudu Kumari  who was adjudged and crowned this April was a 21 year old Nimasha Harshini Siriwardena a resident of Attiiya Dehiwla.She is an old girl of Presbyterian Balika vidyalaya Dehiwala. She is presently following a course in Management accountancy.

It is reported that her mother had without her knowledge lodged the application form for this contest.She had been instrumental in sending her to participate in the contest.

It is also learned that from her age of 10 years while schooling, she had participated in television commercials.It is then she had met Pubudu Chathuranga and commenced a love affair.
