Recently, at the Royal Film Performance held at the Odeon Leicester Square in London, the world premiere of the latest film titled 'Digger' was unveiled. The Prince and Princess of Wales also attended this event.

Directed by Oscar-winning Alejandro G. Inarritu, this film has been introduced as a satirical creation full of dark humor that stimulates the audience's imagination. The lead role of 'Digger Rockwell', a cruel Texas oil tycoon in this film, is brought to life by the famous actor Tom Cruise.

It is a remarkable fact that sixty-four-year-old Tom Cruise appears here in the guise of an aged man with a bald head and a protruding belly, departing from his usual attractive appearance. He has used prosthetics to such an extent that he is almost unrecognizable, and critics believe this is a performance that breaks Hollywood norms. The film's plot is built around a massive environmental disaster occurring in Greenland and Digger's personal life problems. Due to the excavations carried out by his company in Greenland, a methane gas leak and a dangerous explosion occur, causing a large part of an ice mountain to break off, posing a significant threat to Europe. However, when the American President and his entourage arrive to discuss this, Digger's primary concern is the health of his pet cat, who is dying of leukemia, which perfectly reflects the humorous nature of the story.

John Goodman brings to life the character of the authoritarian American President Compson, while Riz Ahmed plays the head of environmental protection. The director has conveyed a powerful message to society that all of us, as consumers, are responsible for our own destruction. Due to the excellence of this creation, which centers on an environmental disaster and pays homage to Stanley Kubrick's 1964 film 'Dr. Strangelove', rumors are circulating that Tom Cruise, John Goodman, and director Inarritu will receive Oscar nominations in the future.
