One lane of the Horana-Colombo 120 road is blocked due to a container truck overturning.

Moragahahena Police state that traffic on one lane of the Horana - Colombo 120 main road has been obstructed due to a container truck overturning near the Gonapola junction this morning (29).

The police further state that the container truck involved in the accident was traveling from Horana Industrial Zone to Colombo Port, and it is likely that the truck overturned because the driver was unable to control the excessive speed and attempted to navigate the bend.
