Prime Group wins the Developer of the Year award for the second consecutive year internationally

With three decades of experience in the real estate sector, Prime Group recently received the "Developer of the Year" award for the second consecutive time at the 2026 Real Estate Asia Awards ceremony held at the Singapore Sands Expo and Convention Centre. To date, Prime Group has successfully launched over 50 apartment projects, with more than 45 already completed and handed over to customers.

Further affirming the excellence of Prime's vision, the World Class Marina & Waterfront Apartment project in Port City, which has garnered attention both in Sri Lanka and internationally, has now commenced. This project, jointly implemented by Prime Group and Melwa, will undoubtedly be a highly critical turning point for Prime Group's development activities in the Sri Lankan real estate sector.
