The new indigenous leader of Rathugala is not a Sabaragamuwa student - an electrician

Following the demise of Ratugala Indigenous leader Danigala Mahabandala's Sudawannila Eththan, his eldest son was appointed as the new leader of that lineage. Accordingly, Danigala Mahabandala's Nishantha Kumara Eththan thus assumed the leadership of the Ratugala clan.

Recently, some reports claimed that this new indigenous leader was a student pursuing education at Sabaragamuwa University. However, it has now been confirmed that this information was merely an inaccurate fact published due to a delayed error.

In reality, the new leader Nishantha Kumara Eththan has only received school education up to the G.C.E. Ordinary Level examination. Furthermore, it is reported that he is currently engaged in his professional life as an electrician in a private sector institution.
