Pohottuwa's events that did not gather crowds for Labor Day (photos)

This year, the Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna did not hold International Workers' Day celebrations. Instead, an all-night Pirith chanting ceremony, organized by the Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP), was held at the Kelaniya Raja Maha Viharaya.

In addition, a blessing ceremony was held in the Biyagama electorate of the Gampaha District, which was attended by former President Mahinda Rajapaksa, Member of Parliament Namal Rajapaksa, and others.
