Came here for Kapila who served the country - Final respects from Mahinda

The body of the late Kapila Chandrasena, former CEO of SriLankan Airlines, is currently placed in a private funeral parlor in Borella. This morning (10), former President Mahinda Rajapaksa and others gathered to pay their last respects to his body. 

Speaking to the media there, former President Mahinda Rajapaksa, with a smiling face, stated that he had come to pay his last respects to a person who had served the country.
He also commented that he would go to the Bribery Commission as per the notice he had received to appear before it.

The final rites for the body of Mr. Kapila Chandrasena are scheduled to be held today at 5 PM at the Borella General Cemetery.
