Trump's subtle operation to catch mosquitoes, even spying on dogs and cats

 Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro and his wife Cilia Flores were arrested by American officials and seen at Stewart Air National Guard Base in New York, where he wished the officials a Happy New Year. Prior to this arrest, a covert team from the American Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) had been disguised and operating on the streets of Caracas since August 2025,

gathering information by observing Maduro's daily routine, the people he met, and even the habits of his pets like dogs and cats. Since the American embassy had been closed since 2019, these agents operated without external support but received assistance from an informant within Maduro's inner circle, while stealth drones hovering in the sky captured videos and photos.

Since 2020, Donald Trump had labeled Maduro a drug trafficker, and this operation was launched with the aim of seizing Venezuela's oil resources and political control. America's special Delta Force unit was deployed to capture Maduro, and

a full-scale model of the presidential palace in Kentucky was created, and rehearsals named 'Operation Absolute Resolve' were conducted, training commandos on how to breach steel doors and navigate in the dark. Due to security reasons, Maduro frequently moved between 6-8 locations, making it challenging to pinpoint his exact whereabouts.

Before launching the attack, America increased its capacity of warplanes, electronic warfare ships, and drones in the region. The operation was delayed due to the Christmas holiday and bad weather, finally launching on the night of January 3, 2026. Trump, who watched the operation live like a TV show from Mar-a-Lago in Florida, gave the final approval at 10:46 PM. The operation began with a cyberattack that cut off electricity in Caracas, and over 150 aircraft were used to bomb radar systems and radio towers.

Delta Force soldiers landed at Fuerte Tiuna military base, where Maduro was staying, via helicopters flying at a very low altitude of about 100 feet above sea level, and

a shootout occurred between the two sides. Around 2:01 AM, American soldiers breached the doors using explosives and entered the building within 3 minutes, successfully apprehending Maduro and his wife who were attempting to flee to a safe room. Trump later stated that although the safe room door was very thick, they were unable to close it.

By 3:29 AM, American soldiers had left Venezuela with Maduro, who was then taken to New York via Guantanamo Bay and detained in Brooklyn Prison. In this operation, 40 Venezuelan soldiers and civilians were killed, and 6 American soldiers were injured. Trump announced that he had named Venezuelan Vice President Delcy Rodriguez as interim president and that the country's control would be taken over by America. Legal scholars have pointed out that this is an illegal occupation under international law.
