WANTED: 1.2 Million Reward for Ishara Sewwandi


Sri Lanka Police Headquarters has announced a cash reward of Rs. 1.2 million for anyone providing successful information on the whereabouts of the prime suspect involved in the assassination of organized crime figure Sanjeewa Kumara Samararatne, alias "Ganemulla Sanjeewa."
In an official statement, the police media division confirmed that the suspect, Pingpura Devage Ishara Sewwandi, a 25-year-old woman, has been in hiding since the killing.
The Crime:
On February 19, Ganemulla Sanjeewa was shot dead inside Court No. 05 of the Aluthkade Magistrate’s Court. Ishara Sewwandi is accused of aiding and abetting the gunman who carried out the assassination.

The Hunt for the Suspect:

As authorities have been unable to track her location, police are now offering a substantial cash reward to anyone providing credible information leading to her arrest.
