Rewrites the history of UAE space exploration

The first photo of Mars taken by a spacecraft launched during a mission to Mars in the United Arab Emirates was released last Sunday. The spacecraft is currently orbiting Mars. The photo was taken last Wednesday, according to the UAE Space Agency. This photo shows the Sun falling on Mars and Mars' the North Pole and its largest volcano, Mount Olympus Mons. This is considered to be the first mission by an Arab state to Mars. The spacecraft entered Mars orbit last Tuesday, seven months after takeoff. At the time, the spacecraft was 494 million kilometres from Earth. The spacecraft is designed to send information about Mars' atmosphere and climate to Earth. The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has launched the operation as another milestone in its quest to improve its scientific and technological capabilities, not just crude oil. Accordingly, they have become the fifth country to reach Mars. The emirate is also preparing to create habitats on Mars by 2117.
