Story of Maththegoda Mr. Ranasingha's son of Ananda being infected with corona ... false

Health ministry say that news broadcast across social media today that the son of Mr. Jayantha Ranasingha living in Maththegoda, the latter of whom was identified yesterday as a positive case of corona virus (COVID-19) is far from the truth. It was published that the said son has been inspected as being a positive case of the virus and that his school
Ananda Vidyalaya has been sealed as reported across some social media. 

What director of social services, Dr. D.G.H.S. Anil Jasingha said was that false information is being circulated about his son. He made a request not to bring disrespect by minor reports. After the fear about school has scattered around, health officials have visited the son's school, Ananda Vidyalaya, Dr. Jasingha said. 

After Mr. Ranasingha showed signs of fever, he was admitted to IDH and it was reported that members of his household were detained and have been quarantined. Mr. Ranasingha has two sons and it is understood that both of them are students studying in the advanced level while he other is a student of class 8 at Ananda Vidyalaya.
