Gift to disguised winner of massive four and a half crores lottery by prime minister's hands

The 'kotipathi jayamalla' of Rs. 145,029,213 was won by Mr. Kumara Priyantha of Malangama, Ratnapura and the largest amount in the entire development lottery history so far at the "Kotipathi Kapruka" held on last 27th took place today. 

The said presentation took place today (18). This presentation was made by Hon. prime minister and
minister of finance by hands of Mr. Mahinda Rajapaksa at temple trees. The winning lottery ticket was sold by Godakawela agent of development lotteries board. It was revealed that the winner who came to accept the present had come disguised ... it was revealed from photographs.
