"The top four of these channels ... nowhere" -- Election commissioner says at media briefing today

Mr. Mahinda Deshapriya, chairman of election commission  today announced about media behaviour during the election period. In this context he said that the top four are totally below standard while others have reported news to some level of justice. 

What was quoted as the top four was ITN, Rupavahini, Derana and Hiru. According to comments
made by him, ITN and Rupavahini have allotted a large percentage to Sajith, a large percentage by Deran and Hiru was allotted to Gotabhaya where time was given. In this context, it was Sirasa, Swarnavahini, Siyatha and TNL channels Mr. Mahinda Deshapriya named as being balanced.
