Reply from former chairperson of bribery commission Dilrukshi to Senadhipathi of Avant Garde who leaked out voice cut

A telephone discussion which took place some years back between chairman of Avant Garde, Mr. Nissanka Senadhipathi and former chairperson of bribery commission and present solicitor general, Mrs. Dilrukshi Dias Wickremasingha has by now been released to the social media. This voice cut is released by Nissanka Senadhipathi who himself has prepared a video and what is hoped to convey by it is that she pleads pardon for having to close down that business for the reason that legal action was
filed by bribery commission for Avant Garde. 

Reacting to the voice cut concerned, Mrs. Dilrukshi Wickramasingha has commented in her facebook that the voice cut concerned one could understand on listening that this tape has been subjected to editing and that only advantageous parts have been highlighted while the entire idea has been distorted. Making her comments she further requests from Mr. Senadhipathi to expose the name of the "government servant" who introduced the two of them. It is stated in Mrs. Wickramasingha's official facebook that 'I have no authority to make a comment about Nissanka Senadhipathi as a government official. Therefore, please respond to the following':

1) Please release the telephone dialogue in full without editing the context free from distortion. 

2) Please expose the reason to the public why that particular minister and his name to whom you phoned.
