Student who abused mother of two by posing as doctor talking cons containing a vial of sperms

A schoolboy who abused a mother of two children by posing off as a doctor was produced before Kegalle magistrate Mr. Chamara Wickramanayaka and was ordered on last 23ed to be remanded till 30th. The suspect so remanded is a 17 year old advanced level student from Galigamuwa area studying in a school in Kegalle. 

The father of the student is deceased and has only an elder brother. The student has been living in their house with his mother and brother. This student has secured 178 marks at the five scholarship
and was admitted to a school in Kegalle town. Close to the house of  the student, a family of four members were residing in an adjoining house and the husband in that family happened to be a mobile salesman. His wife was a thirty year old woman. Members of the family of this young boy has maintained a close attachment with this neighbouring family. As such the schoolboy was ware of the mobile phone number of the mother of two of that family for some time, police say. 

The said mother had been warded at Kegalle hospital for a few days in April regarding a kidney infection and had later returned home. The doctors have asked her to report to Kegalle hospital after a few days The schoolboy has come to know about all this information when he used to visit her home frequently. Sometime back when the woman had returned home after being warded, the schoolboy has after picking up a phone number dropped on the road has resorted to speaking to the woman in a disguised tone saying that he was a doctor in Kegalle general hospital. In this conversation what the boy has told was that he is a doctor of Kegalle hospital and that semen of a boy somewhere between the ages of 16 and 20 was necessary to treat her for her disorder and that it should be brought and handed over to the hospital by the boy itself. 

In order to have herself cured, the woman has gone to the compound of the 17 year old schoolboy and explained her predicament to the student. This schoolboy too pretending not to know anything has consented to provide her with the male sperms so required that very day itself.  His condition in this instance was that she should co-operate with him to get this sperms at her house. On the arranged day the woman's husband had been away on sales matters while her two children were away in school. 

Thus the woman has got down the boy to her house and after taking him to bed has engaged in intimacy and she herself had managed to collect the male sperms into a vial and have it delivered by the boy himself to hospital. The following day this student who posed as the doctor has told the woman that the sample so handed over was not suitable and to get another sample and once again to send it through the boy. 

This schoolboy has on a number of occasions posed as a doctor and had abused this woman in various ways, police say. Later on the woman has developed a suspicion over this schoolboy while the boy himself had smelt the rat. The boy not visiting her has aggravated her suspicion and on a certain day in April has lodged a complaint with Children and Women's Bureau at Kegalle police headquarters. According to the complaint, after an elaborate investigation the suspect schoolboy was taken into custody last 22nd. On that occasion the young man has revealed to police that he personified a doctor and subsequently abused the woman concerned. Matters pertaining to this student was reported to court after being produced before Kegalle magistrate Mr. Chamara Wickramanayaka last 23rd. In that instance he was ordered to be sent to remand prison till August 30th.
