Lady doctor takes anti-biotics because consultant doctor reprimands her

An incident where an interim lady doctor has tried to take a dose of anti-biotics because a specialist doctor was reprimanding her is reported from Marawila basic hospital.

What is revealed from a complaint made to Marawila police by her mother is that she has taken anti-biotics day before (24) night. It is revealed that she has taken close upon 35 anti-biotics. She has
come to this country after securing her degree in medicine and has registered herself at Sri Lanka medical council and has received her training as an interim doctor attached to Marawila basic hospital.

The consultant doctor has apprised Sri Lanka medical council a number of times about her. Accordingly when Sri Lanka medical council was to take a decision in this connection on 26th (today), this lady doctor has taken a dose of anti-biotics, it is reported. It is revealed from internal sources of Marawila hospital that there had been a conflict between the consultant and interim doctor. After this incident, a statement has been recorded from the said specialist doctor by Marawila police.
