45th foreigner who died from bomb ... American national Chelsea too embraces death

American young girl Chelsea Decaminada who became a prey to the bomb attack recently at Shangri-La has passed away yesterday while undergoing treatment at Singapore ... Sri Lankan American Embassy issued a press release.

As such, she becomes the 45th foreigner who died from this attack. She was a graduate of Duke University, America and was in service at America State Commercial Department. She in fact worked
in charge of the international project in relation to commerce and law development and had come to Sri Lanka for its research affairs. She was among  those who sustained severe injuries from the Shangri-La attack and though she was taken to Singapore that very day, doctors have failed to rescue her life after treatment for some days at that hospital.
