Member of parliament Palitha Thevarapperuma he rejects allegations that he was in possession of a knife during the fracas in parliament yesterday. He further said that when a group tried to grab away the Speaker's microphone he had prevented it and the part of the microphone resembling a pen came into his hand and that is what has been depicted as a knife.
