Brief  swearing-in of cabinet ministers over for today

The new swearing in of cabinet ministers was held at the Presidential Secretariat this morning (25). As such, about 10 ministerial positions only changed hands and within the forthcoming fortnight ministerial portfolios of the SLFP too would be subjected to change, it was informed.
