Student who came First in Mathematics ... already dead!
It is a female student named Sathyanadan Shivadurga of Rambeikulam Ladies College in Vavuniya who has clinched First Place in Vavuniya District in the Mathematics stream at the Advanced Level results this time.
She has finished her Advanced Level examination most successfully and was awaiting results when
her life was snatched as a result of a fatal traffic accident most unfortunately which occured last October 11th. She was among the 3 victims who died from this traffic accident which took place in Mahawa area, Kurunegala.
