Neighbour who had come to rescue a girl involved in a clash had undressed her

A 27 year old woman from Rambukkana had complained to the Rambukkana police  on the 13th instant that while she was warded in  the Kegalle hospital for injuries sustained after a clash  a neighbour who had rushed to help her had undressed her.

She had said that her father has been in the habit of abusing young girls having love affairs/In this regard she had inquired on this issue from a relative.At that time the relative had assaulted her.When

her mother also was attempting to stop the quarrel a neighbour had rushed to the scene and by holding her body tightly had undressed her.

The neighbour had squeezed her body and had fled.She had gone to her house with the underwear and then worn clothes and admitted to the Kegalle hospital for treatment.

It is reported that the police is hunting for this man who fled and conducting investigations
