Bindu accused for imitating Bandu

A charge sheet has been lodged by  the criminal investigation unit in the chief magistrates courts subsequent to a complaint made by renowned actor Badu Samarasinghe against Bindu Bothalegama on the 21st instant for imitating his type of acting and earning money.

It is [reported that Bindu Bothalegama had undertaken film roles imitating the characters portrayed

by Bandu Samarasinghe and acted in a number of films..

The actor Bandu Samarasinghe has complained under the personnel private ordinance which was commented by him in courts.

The case is to heard on the 14th February next year.The  artiste Bindu Bothalegama ,film producers and four others have been summoned to courts on that day to appear in courts.
