In  cloudy conditions vehicles  on SEH should be driven with head lights on

The authorities of the police have said that not only the vehicles that travel on the Southern Express Highway but the vehicles on other highways also should drive with head lights on in cloudy conditions.

The director of operations and maintenance of the southern express highways S.Opanayake has

advised all drivers owing  to the present inclement weather conditions the vehicle driven along the Southern Express Highway should have head lights on when driving.With rainy conditions the highway tend to be a bit dark and this advise  should be adhered to as a precaution. for safety.
