Medical student who had tried to  sexually abuse a young woman  at Kalubowila Teaching hospital to police

An incident is reported from the Kalubowila Teaching hospital where a medical student had tried to abuse a young woman while she was in a cubicle.The medical student attached to the Sri Jayewardenapura university had been questioned by the Kohuwela police

authorities and obtained a statement.

This medical student is studying under the judiciary medical section of the Sri Jayewardenapura university on the 15th of last month or on a date closer to that date had come with her mother to meet the judiciary medical officer in the Kalubowila Teaching hospital.

The medical student on the pretext of examining her inside the  closed cubicle had tried to sexually abuse her.She had complained to the Kohuwela police station.The police had forwarded the statement to the Attorney General for further instructions it is reported.
